I contacted Culpepper plumbing about fixing a leak under my kitchen sink and install a new faucet. They found the leak, fixed it and installed the new faucet.
However, after they left I noticed one of the handles on the sink was backwards. I called them and the fellow that worked on it said there was nothing he could do. It was made to fit that way. So I ended up fixing the handle myself.
The next day I noticed I still had a leak under the sink. This time, instead of calling again, I fixed that myself as well. I guess the old saying is true, "If you want something done right, do it yourself.".
I don't think the fellow was incompetent, I think he just didn't care if he fixed it right or not. Needless to say I won't be calling them again.
