Couldn't believe how good they were! They use soy flour but have the same consistency as the regular bagels. They cost $1 each and come in several varieties.

The regular bagels are also good. Tried the lox and cream cheese spread. It's okay, but not as good as Holey Bagel. They also have a new location on Haight and Steiner.
Pros: Great Lo-carb bagels, Good regular bag
Cons: Lox spread mediocre, Parking is tough
