Looking for self health insurance was a big scary job. We decided to go with a Finacial Service. At first Broadbent seemd to make sure we understood what we were getting into. But as time went on I feel like they never checked up on us or kept us informed. It just seemed very unpersonal and we were just a number for them. Not satisfied with their service.
