I bought my last car from Bournival and was very dissatisfied with the sales members. I worked for a dealership and know what to expect, but was very surprised at the service I received. When I picked up my car for delivery, they didn't give me a key for the trunk and didn't seem to care when I asked them for one. They expected me to drive away without a key to my trunk!

CONS: Needs better sales people
