I recently had some work done on my Honda at Tameron and the whole experience was absolutely top-notch. At the check-in, the service person was very polite, made sure we understood what was going to happen, and was careful to give me a time that the car would be ready. They finished the work on the car far sooner than their estimate and they called as soon as they finished. I had my car back in tip-top shape after only half the time they originally estimated and their cost-estimate of the job was spot-on. A couple of days after the service they contacted me by phone to make sure that I was happy with the experience. Now that's customer service!
