This store is great with returns and exchanges, as well as general shopping. They have really good sales and lots of coupons on a regular basis. Their online shop is pretty decent as well. I ended up going from a size 12 to a 14 in about two months, I took the pants back and they had no problem changing the size to a 14. It was very refreshing customer service. The store does get pretty busy from time to time, and at those times it is hard to get ahold of a CSR. The good news is that there is always at least one or two CSR's in the changing rooms, so you can always get a room to try on clothes in.
