There are many great aspects for using Washington Mutual Bank for your mortgage needs. I am a previous user. Their statements come easy to read each month. Unlike some they give you the option to enroll in auto payment, which is a lot of pressure off the consumer. Not every Broker will offer this. Their service over the phone and in person is friendly and helpful.
