My furnace went out in the middle of the night and I had to call someone. I couldn't believe that someone actually came at 3:30 in the morning and fixed it! The service person was really nice and helpful. I had small children in the home and was very greatful to have it fixed as it was a bitter cold January night.
I didn't think the cost was more than average either.
