I've bought and received gifts from Howard's Diamond Center. As a customer, I love the personalized attention and great selection at Howard's. The staff is friendly and courteous. You can browse at items or you can have someone help you. No one is pushy. The store has a GREAT layaway program and financing. As a gift receipient, I absolutely LOVE my diamonds! The jewelry is beautiful and top quality. If you're in the market, check out Howard's! It's located in downtown. There isn't much parking so you might have to walk a block or two from the parking center. It's worth it, though!
