We took our cat in to see the vet an hour before closing time. The staff not only stayed 40 minutes past closing (they are usually open until 7 p.m.), but they were all very friendly and knowledgable (vet, tech, receptionist). Our cat was treated carefully, and we were not made to feel bad about being in the office late. Customer care and service will make us return.
