Wild about Ginger

I made a reservation during a birthday trip. Upon arriving, I was seated immediately and served efficiently. The food was spectacular, and truly Asian in authenticity. I had excellent chicken potstickers, along with prawns satay followed by a really spicy clam and basil dish, the spiciest I have had in America outside of any Chinese restaurant. Having recently returned from Thailand and Laos, and having previously visited Singapore and Hong Kong, I can say that this restaurant is the best American representative of Pan-Asian cuisine.
Pros: Food, Service, Authenticity
