This place is right across the street from the Ventura High School. Man, i wish it were there when i was attending. The tri tip sandwich is so good, i wouldnt mind having it for lunch and dinner everyday for a month. Small family owned business, so it makes that much more comfortable. The only drawback is that the sitting area is only outside, so you cant eat there all year long, but in the summer, it is the perfect way to end a lazy day!
