I am completely dissatisfied. I had the owner- who ignore me the entire time I was there. Took three and a half inches off- when i requested a trim. Was talking on the phone while she was cutting my hair. Gave me the flattist hair cut ever. It will take a half a year to get my hair back to something I can live with. She completely ruined my look. I have never been upset about a hair cut before, but I left the salon in tears.
