Batteries were purchased here during a camping trip, not a single one worked, in fact there was more ""juice"" in the dying ones we had than in the newly purchased ones. We stopped back for a refund was told no returns or exchanges for open items. I stated ""of course they're open, how would I have known if they worked or not"" I was meet with hostility. The store owner stated ""It's store policy because we've had people try this sort of thing before."" I asked where the policy was posted and was told ""it's not, it's my store and my policy."" I cant recall being treated so rudely in any store when trying to return a defective item. Im shocked and saddened the attitude and lack of good business practices experienced. I encourage all visitors to purchase goods elsewhere if you desire working/quality products and decent customer service.
