I have recently left my hair dresser of many years and was scared to try a new place but Jillians came recommended from a friend at work.
And at my first appointment I was pleasantly surprised. When I had arrived for my 6 oclock appointment I found out that the woman who was scheduled to cut my hair had called out sick but I never got the message. Now I am used to being told you will have to make another appointment but NOT at Jillians. I was so impressed over what they did to fit me in that night and it only delayed my appointment by 5 minutes (which at my old place I was lucky if I sat in the chair 15 minutes late). If you are looking Jillians is the place.
And their hours are the best I have seen in a long time!!!
