Nothing to write home about

With nice ambience, decent food, and good wine, Morton's would be a top steakhouse in most towns. As far as being the one of the best in Chicago, I hope not. The medium-rare ribeyes were chewy, overcooked, and not very flavorful. It fell somewhere between a Ruth-Chris and Outback, very disappointing, for a pricey steakhouse with a national reputation.
Pros: Seated promptly
Cons: Crowded table seating, Mediocre service
