Zuni has lost it's touch

Having dined at Zuni over 25 times...I can honestly say that the attitude has taken on a bigger role than the food or service. This place used to be special with great oysters and a good vibe now that vibe is cold and snippy. A customer centric approach is all it would take...and the feedback has been constant over the past few years yet little is done to accomodate.
The positive things: Cool Space, SF Icon, Good martini, Great bar service for Oysters and Champagne, Wait staff that have been here for years
The downers: The attitude of we are doing you a favor allowing you to eat here, Overpriced wine menu, some of the new wait staff, management for not doing anything to address the issues.
The cookbook is great, the concept is great, the attitude needs to change or it may be just a pass through for tourists.
Pros: Bar Service, Martinis, Oyster list
Cons: Management, Attitude
