We hired Carithers for our wedding and paid up front for a package that ended up costing less. They admitted the package that was delivered was cheaper than the one we actually paid for. They agreed to refund the difference, but still haven't. Instead of refunding our overpayment, we have received the "check is in the mail" treatment for TWO MONTHS now.
