I am new to the area so I didn't know where to go, I needed highlight and haircut. I explained I only wanted a trim, I'd been growing my layers out for the last 10 months, even showed a picture of what I wanted. She proceeded to cut off huge chunks, added layers all over. I was so upset, I left messages for the manager but she didn't call back. They charged as much as the better salons - don't waste your money!
