I hate to submit a horrible review, but I am making the effort to prevent other people from suffering as much as I did. When I stepped into the store I was appalled at the cluttered mess of display items and objects for sale. The smell was overwhelming, far from "holistic". The service was average. Perhaps I made the mistake of getting a manicure here, but the search online said that they do manicures and pedicures. In any case, I paid for an unfinished manicure, and the other person i was with didn't get their own manicure station to sit at, they had to strain their arms to accomodate the manicurist's comfort. This is not how to treat customers. After not leaving a tip, i was asked whether or not I wanted to. A 2 hour disaster experience!
