This bistro in Baltimore's Little Italy neighborhood thrilled us on our first visit recently. We requested seating in the bar area after considering the restaurant's charming porch-patio, and were not disappointed in our cozy location. The food here is rich and sumptuous. The menu is varied and extensive, while not being overwhelming. We started our dinners with cream of crab soup. This was served us in a bowl, not a cup. We agreed that this soup may have been the best appetizer we ever had. Our main course dinners were chosed from the pasta side of the menu: cheese ravioli topped with mushroom en sauce, fetticini alfredo; a gloriously rich entree, and spaghetti with meat sauce in Marinara. Huge portions, all. Our server was pleasant and efficient, while not hovering. Altogether, a wonderful and memorable meal.
