Office staff was rather snooty, but the wait was very brief.
Social skills of the derm were rather disappointing. Performed a full body scan for possible benign moles, etc, and pulled out my hairband rather harshly. Barely time to ask questions, felt like i was brushed off as a patient with prescriptions rather than practical advice or education about my skin.
Disappointed, although written up to be the derm for models with a hip and stylish office. Doesn't live up to it....
Pros: cool office, hardly any wait time
Cons: , no people skills, no time to educate pt
