My wife had a kung pao dish--it was ""flat"" and boring. I had General Tso's Chicken--the deep fryed coating was a bit thick and mushy, but the worst part was the sauce. General Tso should have a piquant sauce with hints of ginger and chile, but mine was a bland brown sludge (imagine mixing soy sauce and cornstarch and not letting it caramelize). Go across the street to Panda Express--the food may not be better, but it'll cost only 1/3 as much.
