I am a food connoisseur and one thing that stands out in Mitchell's ice cream is the flavor definition. I've tried comparing it side-by-side with other brands of ice cream around town and this is hands down the best ice cream in town. You will have to taste ice cream from Berthillon in Paris to see what I mean...
