New Bartender

Since The Capital Grille has opened its doors, I have truly enjoyed a glass of wine or two at the bar. Recently, there is a new bartender named Colin who has done nothing but add to my wonderful experience. He told me the management requires all staff to take a sommelier exam, and it shows. He is extremely intelligent on wine, and a terrific listener, only adding to my experience at this fine establishment.
