Last week I had the pleasure of dining at The Capital Grille. Derek, our waiter, recommended a red wine that included a grape that usually gets made into champagne. Oh, so so good! Then he recommended a cajun delmonico steak, with vidalia onions and a horseradish cream sauce. It melted in my mouth. The best steak I have ever had! Derek was a wonderful waiter, and I cannot wait to return!
