I went for a wedding hair appt- the lady didn't even know how to do the simple design I had in mind (which she figured out after an hour of yanking my scalp sore). I had to come back the day of my wedding to see another stylist- I didn't even know if she could do it. It turned out okay, but definetely not worth it. As an added "bonus," they were going to refund my "practice appt" as a gift certificate there- as if I'd ever go back!
