a full mean for under $5 in the Loop. It's more of a kiosk than a restaraunt located in the Loop Market (next door to Blockbuster video). Pretty much everything is too go, since the seating is very limited. Limited menu, but all the classic favorites. Not the best Chinese in St Louis, by any standards, but decent food that's fast and cheap.
