when we arrived we were put ito a Queen bed room when we had booked a king room. The Queen room measured 10' by 12""(no joke) and it took them a day to move us. They mad no adjustment on the price and were quite rude. On the plus side, they have an ample number of elevators and the neighborhood is great. Next time, I'll look for a better hotel nearby!
