Portraits were of good quality and value. The service was extremely poor! I took my newborn for her first month pictures and I was not acknowledged by the staff until I had been there 20 minutes. Once they assisted me, they said that they had no record of my appointment, but they could fit me in in 20-40 minutes. This was very frustrating since getting out of the house with a one month old is a task in itself. She would also need another feeding before pictures. Another customer asked if they could have the coupon price even though they forgot their coupon but did have the coupon code and they were denied and ended up leaving.
