As a trained chef who loves quality, I can say they DO have some of the hard to find and high quality products one cannot find without a long and difficult search, I like them for that.... HOWEVER, my gawd, drop the attitude! Don't look down your nose at me because I don't look like your average Pearl District snob- be sure you will never see me darken your doorstep again. Hmmmmm- maybe there might be a problem here..... you think? After all, to a business owner my CASH should be as good as the next persons.
