I've received awesome customer service at Ulta. I also am very happy with my stylist, Mary. She's friendly, courteous, professional, and knows what she's doing. AND she listens to what I want, which you can't say for alot of stylists out there!
Pros: Experienced stylists, Convenient location, Products available
Cons: $$$ - but worth it, Opens late (10am), Mary's busy
