La Cienega and Highland Blvd. is a well-known hub of...""activity""...for plenty of latenite L.A. people. But anyone who doesn't visit Benito's because of the scene (from 9pm on) is missing out hugely on great 24-hour, supercheap eats. Grab a stool and try the veggie burrito or a chicken quesadilla...both are delicious. Obviously, not the best place for kids. Don't be surprised if a stranger starts talking to you about the dangers eating nachos and wearing a hot-pink feather boa.
