Bad Service/Mediocre Food

My fiance and I were dining at Il Buco to determine if it would be good for our reception. When we walked in, we were certain that this was the place. However, after waiting 20 minutes for our waiter to take our order, we started to be less sure. When my fiance asked for a wine recommendation, the response was "its your choice." The food clinched it. Nothing about it was bad, but nothing was good, either. This was not the place for a reception or even a return visit.
Pros: Wonderful, decor, Romantic
Cons: Bad service, Mediocre Food
