The convenience of calling ahead and putting yourself on a list is nice but when I showed up when they told me to, I had to wait another 30 minutes. Rudy's has 4 stations with 4 stylists, and it was NOT clean. I told my sylist I wanted a trim (clean up the layers). Instead, he chopped very short layers in my hair that turned out very uneven and hard to manage. He was rather unpleasant and rude when I questioned what he was doing to my hair. You are exchanging quality for cost. If you care at all about your style, stay away from Rudy's.
