I was shocked to read other's reviews of Saito's. I have ate at Saito's for over a year and never had a bad experience. The staff and service are great! Even Saito, himself, behind the sushi bar is always friendly, accomodating, and making the best sushi in Seattle. The sushi at Saito's is not only the biggest pieces but the freshest pieces of sushi in Seattle. Its no wonder, Ichiro, Sasaki, Japanese flight attendents from United Airlines on layover, and other Japanese nationals flock to Saito when in town. I love the homey feeling and energy at Saito.
