The Jeckyll and Hyde of 24hr dining

Times have changed at the Coins their wait staff finished my long time relationship as a regular known by name and hat by perpetually herding my wife and I to the counter when you request a booth. The counter is for single patrons not couples seeking a bit of sanctuary during the early hours, that is why you pay the prices you do at the Coins. The place is in the throws of an identity crisis not knowing if it should be a quiet well-mannered refuge 24 hours a day or another theme restaurant with local radio DJs barking in the lounge. How you are treated depends on who is there at the time. At 2-4am, worn and ready for a meal its hard to recommend a place leaving you tossing a coin about how your experience there will be. The Coins is distinctive only now in the wrong way.
Pros: 24 hr, menu
Cons: wait staff
