Food Passable, Atmosphere NOT

Tuesday, June 17, 2003
Why all the hype is about this completely average burger joint? The buns are good, and the bacon is crispy, but the burger patties are micro-thin and mine was undercooked. Add to this a semi-snotty staff (who called the wrong name for my order for a good 10 minutes), looooooong wait (at least 30 minutes at dinnertime), and crush of patrons sporting Seattle-superior attitudes (you'll NEVER hear anybody utter "please", "thank you" or "excuse me"), and Red Mill gets a "thumbs down" in my book. Pros: Good Buns, Good Milkshakes Cons: Slow Service, Rude Patrons, VERY crowded
