i agree with the comments that this place offers good facials and bad service. my facialist seemed tired, was very quick, and left the room for long stretches of time. still, i was surprised at how clean and soft my skin looked. when my facial ended at closing time, however, the "product specialist" was apparently eager to go home and did not offer any advice or samples, even though i had questions about products. it's a decent value if you don't care about the service.
