Michael and Manuel have made vermont a nice occasion for the Los Feliz area. But frankly it is a toss-up between a good experience or marginal.
The food is usually quite good although sometimes I can't find anything interesting for entre. Starters are better. Wine selections are very good and offer good value (if they have your selection)
Very romantic and wonderful setting but very noisy. The voices just bounce off the brick walls and the music - well why bother because it is muffled under the voices.
The bar is a great place to gather with friends for a cocktail before dinner.
I love this place but wish it were more consistent with food quality and service.
