My husband and I stayed at the hotel recently in a room with a bathroom that rates the same size as an airplane lavatory. The front desk did not honor our entertainment card when it was confirmed that we would be eligible for the rate. Our keys were turned off every day and there were no apologies from the front desk.... there were only questions and accusations by the inept staff that we were not the couple staying in our room after validations of ID and credit card. Overall I would not stay here again and recommend the Davenport or Hotel Lusso.
