Don't go to Shimo if you are looking for ambience. If you are looking for good sushi, though, this is definitely a place to check out. Huge, and I mean huge, pieces of fish adorn the nigiri, and the rolls are larger than average, too. I ordered as I usually might in other sushi restaurants, but couldn't even finish what we ordered. Overall, everything was very fresh and well-prepared. Good service, too!
