Are you kidding me? On the top ten of Houston? C'mon guys you can do better than CiCis. I find it hard to believe that ANYTHING would come in after this cardboard-selling chain restaurant. It has a decent value for all that one can eat. If you're going to eat a lot and you don't really care about how good it tastes, then I highly recommend it. Otherwise, if you're really not going to each that much, just order out to some place more fancy... like Dominos (sarcasm).
