I recently brought some friends who are from Italy to Santorini Restaurant in Greektown Chicago. Even though this is a Greek Restaurant, and you would expect the waiters to speak Greek. I was pleasantly surprised to find that our waiter also spoke Italian. Words can not express the hospitality we were given that evening. The food was what our guest's were used to back home, at the finest restaurants in Florence. Whenever I talk to them over the phone they tell me how much they still rave about Santorini to their friends.
