Our stay at the Yarrow was pleasant with the exception that with our reservation we were to receive free 2 adult breakfast coupons. We asked upon check in at the desk and was told she did not have them but would send them up. After returning and again no coupons we again requested the coupons now was told did not have the authority to give us the coupons, we would have to ask the desk manager in the morning. That morning another hassle she finally agreed to give us coupons but said it could not be for full breakfast only two specials, and she seemed like the cost was coming directly out of her pocket. Breakfast wasn't a big deal, but it was part of my decision making process in choosing their hotel. If you don't want to offer it, don't advertise it, don't leave customers with a bad experience.
