Theyve got an eclectic menu, good food and music, and a beer selection that cant be found at most any restaurant, but the poor service is the one thing that I remember about the place. You stand at the counter waiting, which is usually for a long while, to have your order taken by staff that dont even acknowledge your presence or provide you with the basic common courtesies. When planning where to go, Brasil rarely pops up on my radar screen, and when it does, I remember it as a place to avoid. Unfortunately, I go there several times a year, solely because a good friend of mine loves it. She can see restaurants qualities through the poor and rude help. I cant, however, since service and food, together, make a dining experience enjoyable.
