With all the cars you could imagine, Herb Chambers is great. Having bought my Saab there I wanted to service it there as well. But they will constanty want to fix items that are very minor but cost a great deal.
While sales quality is high service quality is remarkably low. They offer appointments throught their internet site but when you call to confirm they say they never receive such appointments. If you ask them to do something specifically like keep the part for you they will claim to have forgotten and say they threw it away. Calls to the service staff
are usually not returned and you have to chase them to receive a status.
Overall you could buy your car here but never have it serviced here
