Good sit-down taqueria

Authentic if not terribly inspired Mexican food that's a step up -- both in food and décor -- from what most people think of as a taqueria. Good carnitas; they were out of their legendary chiles rellenos when I went.
Pros: good carnitas, reasonably authentic
Cons: dreary location
