Have used this location a few times and have continued to be unhappy with the service there. Was receiving another persons check for a closed account. We share the same name but not me. Went in to explain this to them. After receiving it the third time and realizing that no one at the branch I had spoken to had done the job properly I gave up. Spoke with customer service over the 800 number and left it up to them to speak with the manager.
