According to Eugene Weekly, Ocean Sky is the no.1 Chinese food according to the people of Eugene. Astonishing. I've never eaten such plain Chinese food with so little taste.
What frightens me about the fact this is considered ""no.1"" would mean that the restaurants that were rated below them would have even more atrocious food? If taste doesn't concern you, then one thing that is notable for Ocean Sky is the decent sized place that it showcases. In addition, they serve food in rather LARGE portions. It would be best if a large group was dining together to take care of the food and the bill, because Ocean Sky is not that reasonable in terms of price.
Portland is the mecca of Chinese food in Oregon. Hands down.
